Media Therapist and Strategist Robin Parisse brings to her work over 30 years of cross-industry experience in technology, consumer products, and retail. With her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, Robin helps individuals and organizations succeed while they navigate change. As a Media Therapist, Robin helps organizations relieve the disorder and chaos associated with Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and data management projects. Robin’s client experience ranges from start-ups to enterprise organizations including Apple, Wells Fargo, Magna International, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Yahoo!, Project5SF, Hold for Jane, bebe stores Inc., and LVMH.
Robin has been an essential team member for launching and re-pivoting products and businesses, integrating software and hardware solutions, and improving/automating processes and workflows at companies such as Telestream, Pacific Telesis’ Emerging Business Groups, Black & Decker, and DFS. She is a Strategic Advisor to the Nevada City Film Festival, a Global Advisory Network lead at World Pulse, and a member of Fashion Group International. She used to serve on the executive board of TEDx Grass Valley and currently serves on the executive board for See Jane Do. Robin is also a co-founder of Women Speak Tech, a meet-up created to promote a cross-section of industry professionals to share expertise and experiences across IT, Technology, and Business. In addition, Robin is a sought-after moderator at digital asset management conferences, industry events, and workshops and she has also been a keynote speaker.
